Spotify knows what you love before you do.Spotify's personalized algorithm is designed to cater to the listeners unique preferences, anticipating their next favorite song before they realize it. This is visually represented through through the "killer" who is revealed to be a misunderstood romantic interest
Process:
Me and my teammate Minxi’s aim was to make the ident funny by leveraging tropes such as the "axe murderer and victim" as a misdirect into a comically misplaced romantic fantasy.
Story Development:
It took me and Minxi several passes before we were able to communicate our concept effectively. Working on this taught me about how to subvert tropes to misdirect the expectations of the audience as a way to leverage humor.
